I bought the Shaving Bar last week. The website was easy to use, no fuss. Delivery was pretty quick, got here in about 5 days. Good products, delivery could improve
I tried the Discovery box and was pretty happy with the variety. The Face Wash Bar and Conditioner Bar worked really well for me, good quality stuff. Ordering was straightforward on their site. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, about 6 days to reach Rotterdam, and the tracking wasn't super detailed. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about it, which was a plus. Overall, good value for money, but if they could speed up shipping a bit, it would be even better.
